iFixer
Created in 2015, our repair engineers have had years of experience in repairing and selling electronic devices.
iFixer is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire and we are fully insured to undertake any work on devices given to us. We use only the highest quality tools and replacement parts available to ensure any repair job is returned as if it were never broken.
iFixer is not your typical phone repair shop. Most repair shops can only replace major components on the most popular phones. We have specialised equipment and trained technicians that are capable of very specialised repairs. These repairs include Micro-Soldering, Repairs to Circuit Boards, Games Consoles, Laptops and PCS – In fact: Most electronic devices!
Our approach to repairs mean that in many cases we can replace only the broken part instead of the entire module, which saves you money! Most repairs are performed in 90 minutes or less.
All repairs carry a 1 year warranty for workmanship, and if for any reason a covered repair does not perform as expected, bring it back! At iFixer we strive to provide the ultimate customer experience through excellent service and fair pricing.
We stock many replacement parts and what we don’t have in stock, we can usually get on the nexy business day.
In September 2019, iFixer were vetted by Trading Standards and added to their “Buy with Confidence” scheme. This accreditation provides to our customers that we operate in an honest, legal and fair way.
In 2021 we became an Apple Authorised Independent Repair Provider, which allows us to provide our customers with Genuine Apple repair parts and products.
In early 2022 we made a big move to our new premises, in the centre of Chippenham. With a lot more space, we can take on more repairs, and offer new services to the people of Wiltshire!
How We Work
If you’re local to Wiltshire, you can drop your item off and collect. 95% of the time repairs can be done within 15 mins – 90 mins.
If you’re further afield, you can always send items to us via Royal Mail or courier (We recommend you send your item recorded delivery as it requires a signature) and we will send back to you once it’s repaired.
Once we receive your device, we get to work on it within 2 hours. We carry a majority of repair items in stock so waiting for parts to arrive is a rare occurrence – You will normally receive your repaired device back within 1-3 working days.
Our pricing is laid out in front of you on our website – Any additional work which is not listed on our website will be quoted for accordingly, and no repair will be undertaken until we get the go ahead from our customer.

IFIXER WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY WHICH IS VOID AS A RESULT OF REPAIR WORK DONE BY US. IFIXER IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE LOSS OF ANY SAVED/STORED DATA IN DEVICES WE REPAIR. WE ADVISE YOU BACK THEM UP BEFORE BRINGING THEM TO US.
